At Regimental Shop, we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all regimental insignia and tags intact.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage to delicate embroidery or fabrics during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your postage receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
